What is Energy Kinesiology?
Students learn muscle testing as a biofeedback tool to discover the underlying stress behind physical, energetic, and emotional blocks. Energy Kinesiology empowers each of us to unlock our own vibrant health, to change how we perceive problems, and to truly release what is holding us back.
Energy Kinesiology (aka Touch for Health Kinesiology) is a system to enhance well-being through the use of specific muscle tests to locate blockages and then use different reflex techniques that help balance our body’s energies, improve posture, and help us accomplish our goals.
